When you email us, please provide your Order Number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. If the tags are still on your item(s), you can make a return for a cash/credit refund. If the tags are removed, you can either make a) an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value or b) a return to receive a refund for store credit. You can also return an unused product at any time and receive store credit.

Note: Custom-made product orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unless your purchase is damaged or we sent you the wrong item(s), you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
It takes approximately 10-14 days to process a return once we receive your items. Please note this does not include time in transit.
If you requested a refund, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your payment. Please note it can take 3-5 days for your refund payment to process.
Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return. Standard shipping is free on all exchanges.
Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.
